As part of our commitment to provide you with outstanding service, FedEx Express wishes to inform you that starting October 15th, 2008 we will no longer call customers prior to shipment arrival to obtain pre-approval for customs clear inbound shipments with a value of US $15,000 or less.

Please contact FedEx Customer Service on memaster@fedex.com or 802233 if you re-export a large percentage of your inbound shipments for particular arrangements.
