Track Your FedEx Shipments via Email
You can track the status of up to 30 FedEx® Shipments with just one e-mail request!
Here's how:
Instructions for track by tracking number
- Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line).
- In the body of the message enter the shipment tracking number. Please do not include dashes or spaces in the tracking number. Example: 40012345678. To track multiple shipments, you can enter up to 30 tracking numbers (one per line or separated by a comma).
- Send the e-mail.
Instructions for track by reference
- Create a new e-mail message. In the "To:" area, type track@fedex.com (it is not necessary to type anything on the subject line)
- In the body of the message enter "account" followed by a space and your FedEx account number. Only one account number is allowed per e-mail.
- Enter your reference number. You can enter up to 30 reference numbers at one time (one per line or separated by a comma).
Example 1(one per line)
account 123456789
123ABC
1122XYZ
Example 2 (separated by comma)
account 123456789, 123ABC, 1122XYZ
- Send the e-mail.
