We are pleased to announce you that Ginie Sanders (on the left), from the Antwerp region, has been elected FedEx Belgian Courier of the Year, whereas Didier Foret (on the right)  has been nominated as FedEx Luxembourg Courier of the Year.

We’d like to thank every one of you who has submitted their feedback. We truly believe that the best independent judge of our courier’s professionalism, conduct and commitment to providing outstanding customer service is the customers they serve.

Your feedback has helped us to determine not just our best couriers, but in many instances, your thoughtful remarks have helped us to identify what makes an ideal courier.

In Belgium, Ginie has been chosen amongst the best regional couriers.  Indeed each FedEx region has its own Courier of the Year:

• Ginie Sanders – region of Antwerp
• Isabelle Goethals – region of Ghent
• Jean-Luc Janssens – region of Brussels
• Luk Boxy – region of Leuven – Liège

They all truly deserved their award.
