All textile shipments to Paraguay (including garments and clothes regardless of value, weight or quantity) must be covered by a specific import permit. Furthermore, imports of such goods will only be permitted if the importer has previously registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

FedEx customers intending to ship textiles to Paraguay are advised to check that their importers have obtained all the necessary permits and registrations. It is also mandatory to obtain and attach a specific authorization to ship textiles to the consignment prior to shipping.
