FedEx Unveils Renovated Surabaya Office

Expansion in Facility Includes IT Tracking Service

FedEx, which operates in Indonesia through its sole licensee PT Repex Perdana International, has more than tripled the size of the Surabaya facility, from 250 m2 to 900 m2.

FedEx has also introduced SuperTracker technology to its Surabaya services, which is a state-of-the-art tracking device that provides real-time information such as proof-of-delivery and package delivery status. "The new facilities will better enable FedEx to provide our hallmark service of speed, reliability and customer satisfaction in this important part of the country."
