| Telephone Number Upgrade - New FedEx Customer Service Number |

| The Government of the Macau Special Administration Region has introduced the new Number of Upgrade Solution on October 1, 2006 to support the long-term development of the telecommunication service in Macau. |

| Effective immediately, all existing 6-digit fixed line telephone numbers will need to add the prefix (28), and all existing 7-digit mobile numbers will need to add the prefix (6). |

| Under this requirement, the new number for our Customer Service Team will now be 2870 3333. Our old number will still be connected during the "Adaptation Period" until February 28, 2007. However, the old number will not be applicable commencing March 1, 2007. |
