Hold at FedEx Location
If you need your package earlier than the scheduled delivery time, or won't be available to receive a delivery, then this is the option for you.
To request this service, the sender simply marks the “Hold at FedEx Location” box in the Special Handling section of the international air waybill or intra-Mexico waybill.* If you prefer to pick up a shipment that has been sent to you, just call the FedEx office, give your air waybill number and it will be our pleasure to hold it for your. This service is provided free of charge.
