- Delivery guarantee, or service cost returned
- FedEx does not provide any type of packaging materials (pallets, wrapping, etc.)
- If the client requests a change of delivery address, a surcharge will apply.
- Service available on business days (Monday to Friday)
- For Saturday pickups, a surcharge applies.
- In case of FedEx not being able to deliver the shipment, the client must pay its return.
- For FedEx Embarques Pesados Económica, some cities have transit times of more than 5 days.
