New Customs Regulation of China
Effective May 1, 2006, shippers, consignees or their agents, who export or import goods to and from China, must complete the Declaration Forms according to the "PRC Customs Catalogue for Standardized Declaration of Import and Export Goods" (hereafter referred to as Catalogue). Further details can be found in the attachment: Circular No. 16 of General Administration of Customs of P.R.China in 2006.
Below is a summary table of general requirements for the declaration of some common articles.

As the Catalogue is currently only available in Simplified Chinese, we strongly recommend you to contact your business partner in China to obtain the detailed information on how to declare your articles in accordance with the requirements listed in the Catalogue. Please include clear and full description of the goods that answer the following questions in your declaration form:
