IP Pickup Time Extended in Nilai, Seremban and Senawang areas
As part of our commitment to customer service, we have extended the call-in and pickup cut-off times for International Priority shipments in the Nilai, Seremban and Senawang areas.
The call-in cut-off time has been extended by one hour to 6.00 p.m. and the pickup cut-off time has been extended to 8.00 p.m. This enhancement applies to shipments to the U.S., which are loaded on to our same-day flight, and shipments destined for cities within Asia and Europe, which are loaded on to the next-day flight.
As a result of this enhancement, customers in the Nilai, Seremban and Senawang areas have more time to prepare their shipments, while enjoying the same fast and reliable services.
