Later Cut-off From Johor Bahru to the U.S. and Canada
We are glad to inform you that effective February 1, 2010, the call-in cut-off time for shipments to the U.S. and Canada will be extended for one hour from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Monday through Friday).
This service enhancement is a demonstration of our commitment to continuously improving our service. With the change, customers in Johor Bahru* will have more time to prepare their shipment for next day delivery to the U.S. and Canada.
Current call-in cut-off time : 10:30 a.m. (Monday through Friday)
New call-in cut-off time : 11:30 a.m. (Monday through Friday)
