Description:
  • Act as a single point for all customer inquiries and requests over the telephone.
  • Advise customers on import/export documentation requirements.
  • Analyze and investigate root cause of service failures.
  • Resolve issues appropriately based on Company policies and procedures.
  • Promote customer awareness of our services, manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Good oral and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to work on shifts as the business requires.
