Customer Technology Specialist (1 year contract - renewable)



Working Location: Klang Valley

Descriptions:
  • Grow FedEx shipping application user market share with active pre-sales focus. 
  • Carry out seamless implementation of FedEx shipping software at customer site. 
  • Deliver effective product training for new and existing customers. 
  • Alignment with internal departments to ensure impeccable customer experience. 
  • Promote automation software to address customer requirements. 
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT related discipline preferred but not mandatory. 
  • 2 to 5 years frontline experience in customer facing role. 
  • Track record in delivering business solutions in a highly customer-focused environment. 
  • Strong selling and problem solving abilities. 
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold permanent residence status.
  • Work location: Klang Valley.
