Job Name: Sales Executive

Description:
  • Identify customers, develop customer relationships and accomplish the sales responsibilities with the objective to build the customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and maintain the existing customers’ sales leads and contact customers in a timely manner to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze market pricing data in order to recommend and sell appropriate solutions and services and yield enhancement.
  • Collect and provide customer feedback on service for future service enhancement and new product development to enhance the service standards.
  • Maintain and support customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with operations and related departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2 years of professional experience in commercial or industrial sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to execute sales strategies.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
  • The position covers mainly the Central Region, however applicants must be willing to travel within Malaysia.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold permanent residence status.
