What you'll notice first

Successful integrations take time. That’s why we’re working in stages – each of which will bring different parts of FedEx and TNT together, and deliver improvements to your service.

The first stage takes place on 31 July 2017 when we combine FedEx and TNT ground operations in selected areas of Malaysia. This development means we’ll transfer all shipments to a single location and combine our courier teams. You’ll benefit from the convenience of having just one courier from either FedEx or TNT, to pick up and deliver all of your FedEx and TNT shipments. Your courier has been trained with all the necessary knowledge about both FedEx and TNT services.

I want to know if my services are changing

Will there be any immediate impact on my FedEx Express or TNT services?

No. You will continue to have access to the same services and support teams you trust. Our team members are fully committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from the FedEx Express and/or TNT brand. You can contact the same customer service team and sales representative. As we bring local ground operations together, you will benefit from one courier looking after all of your FedEx Express and TNT shipping needs.

What happens with embargoed and sanctioned countries in accordance with U.S. export regulations? Will TNT continue to service these markets?

TNT customers shipping to or from an embargoed country under U.S. export regulations were notified in February 2016 that all services to or from such countries were discontinued. This took effect from April 4, 2016.

Will FedEx Express change the services I get from TNT?

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. Successful integrations take time. We’re working in stages – each of which will bring different parts of FedEx Express and TNT together and deliver improvements to your service.

Will my cut-off, pick up and delivery hours change?

FedEx Express and TNT have worked together to plan and optimise local ground network, maintain or improve coverage, cut-off and pick-up times without compromising the service you've come to expect from both brands. We will inform you when changes impact your area. Until then, it is business as usual.

How will services improve during the integration process?

There are no changes to the products and services offered by FedEx Express and TNT. Each stage of the integration journey will bring new improvements to the services we offer. We will keep you updated as progress is made on integration.

I am shipping to/from countries outside of Malaysia. Are they impacted by integration?

For now, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide separate services as they do today. Our integration is in phases. We will keep you informed as we make progress on the integration.

I want to know why some changes are happening

Why has my FedEx Express/TNT courier changed?

As part of the local ground network integration, we are optimizing our local ground network to better serve you. Commitment to exceptional service remains our number one priority. Duing this process, the courier serving your area may change. Your courier has been trained to have all the necessary knowledge about both FedEx Express and TNT services.

I would like to continue working with my previous courier. Is this possible?

No, as we are optimizing our local ground network to better serve you. In this process, the courier serving your area may change.

I want to ship

Can I use a TNT booking application or call TNT customer service to send a shipment with FedEx Express? And vice versa?

For now, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide separate services as they do today.

However, if you would like to start using the services of either company, please contact the respective customer service for assistance.

Will a FedEx Express service be available in TNT booking applications or via TNT customer service? And vice versa?

There are no immediate changes to the applications you use to book packages or pallets. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide separate services as they do today.

May I schedule a single pick-up order to collect both FedEx Express & TNT packages?

For now, there are no changes to scheduling a pick-up. Please continue to use the same applications and tools you have been using with the respective companies to schedule for pick-up. However, you may notice a FedEx Express courier pick up TNT shipments, and vice versa as we are in the midst of integrating our local operations.

Are there any changes to my clearance operations?

There are no immediate changes to your existing clearance operations, services or times. For the time being, clearance operations at FedEx Express and TNT will continue to run separately. Our team members are committed to delivering the same exceptional service you expect from the FedEx Express and/or TNT brands.

I'm a TNT customer - will FedEx Express pick up my TNT packages, and vice versa?

Yes, it is possible. As part of the local ground network integration, we are transferring all shipments into one location to manage both FedEx Express and TNT shipments. This is a phased approach, and we will keep you updated as we progress. Commitment to exceptional service remains our number-one priority.

I'm a TNT/FedEx Express customer. Can I now drop any of my TNT and/or FedEx Express packages at the same location?

No, we will let you know when our stations have integrated and you will benefit from one drop-off location. For now, please continue to drop your packages at the respective TNT and/or FedEx Express locations

I'm a TNT customer - Can I get supplies from FedEx Express and vice versa?

Please continue to ask FedEx Express customer service or courier for FedEx Express supplies and TNT customer service or courier for TNT supplies.

May I use FedEx Express packaging to ship with TNT or TNT packaging to ship with FedEx Express?

Each company's packaging is customized and optimized for its own delivery network and as such should only be used with the company who supplied the packaging. You may ship using your own packaging or using the shipping company's packaging but please do not mix the packaging. Please note that your shipment will be charged based on the airway bill / consignment note attached to the shipment and not based on which packaging you use.

How may I access the services of both companies?

For the time being, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. Please continue to contact your respective FedEx Express and TNT Customer Service teams for assistance.

Can I use the FedEx Express air waybill to ship TNT, and vice versa?

No. For now, there are no changes to the use of the air waybill. For FedEx Express shipments, please continue to use the FedEx Express air waybill, and for TNT shipments, please continue to use the TNT air waybill.

I want to track a shipment

May I track my FedEx Express & TNT shipments on one or both websites?

There are no immediate changes to the applications you use to track packages. For now, FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide separate services as they do today.

I want to know who to contact (Sales, Courier, Customer Service)

I’m working with both FedEx Express and TNT - do I need to retain the multi-supplier relationship I have at the moment?

FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. This means the multi-supplier relationship you enjoy today will remain the same. We will keep you informed as we make progress on the integration.

Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT couriers?

As we integrate our local ground operations, you will benefit from one courier, from either FedEx Express or TNT, picking up and delivering all of your shipments. We will keep you informed as we make progress on the integration.

Do I retain my existing relationships with my FedEx Express and TNT sales contacts?

The services you receive today will remain the same. There are no immediate changes to your sales representative, customer service team, how you manage your account, or billing and invoicing.

Who do I call for my future shipping needs?

FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide separate services as they do today. To learn how to ship with FedEx Express or TNT, please contact your respective Customer Service teams for assistance. If you have an existing relationship with both companies, please continue to reach out to your current contact in each company respectively.

Will the customer service numbers change?

Account numbers can only be used for services from the individual company that issued them. FedEx Express and TNT will continue to provide services as they do today. There are no immediate changes to how you manage your account, billing or invoicing. However, if you would like to start using services of either company, please contact your respective Customer Service teams for assistance.

I am a FedEx Express customer - how do I open an account with TNT and vice versa?
