Has your courier delivered an outstanding customer experience? You now have the opportunity to vote for him or her in the 2007 FedEx Courier of the Year programme.*

 

Our couriers work very hard to pick-up and deliver packages to our valued customers. They are committed to going ‘above and beyond’ to provide friendly, helpful customer service.

 

Of all our dedicated couriers, we would like you to identify the most special, the one that really has given that little bit extra or done something that you really appreciated. It’s your opinions that count. And it’s your opinions that we want.

 

We created a dedicated microsite where you can nominate and rate your courier, from 1-10, on politeness, presentation and helpfulness. You may also make any other specific comments if you wish. Your courier can give you details, or may already have left a Post-it note on one of your packages. Voting ends 16 November.

 

Last year’s Courier of the Year programme was an outstanding success. Things that you said you liked most about your couriers were their cheerfulness, flexibility, professionalism, patience, and making you feel that you were their favourite customer.
