Service Enhancement in Hamilton
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing customer services, FedEx has expanded its direct-service coverage to Hamilton. As a result, customers in the city can enjoy earlier deliveries and faster shipping times to and from Asia, and access to other FedEx quality services.
Customers in Hamilton can now expect to receive their packages starting from 8:30 a.m. In addition, our service coverage area has been expanded to include:
- Huntly
- Ngaruawahia
- Morrinsville
- Te Awamutu
- Cambridge
- Gordonton
- Ohaupo
- Horotiu
Meanwhile, call-in cut-off times have been extended from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for Hamilton Central, and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for other areas. This gives you more time to prepare your shipments and the accompanying documentation.
In addition, shipments sent through FedEx AsiaOne network (our overnight service to all major Asian cities) will arrive one day earlier than in the past. Simply call to book by 10:00 a.m. There is also a one-day improvement for shipments coming from Asia.
And there’s more: we now offer heavyweight (individual shipments above 68kg) services out of Hamilton.
