| Update Your Profile for Convenient Online Shipping |

New Zealand has recently launched a new postcode system. To ensure you continue to enjoy the convenience of shipping with our automated shipping tools, please update the postcode in your shipping profile by following the steps below:
For FedEx Ship Manager @fedex.com users: |

- Go to FedEx website and click Ship, login as normal.
- Click the My Profile tab (at top right of the screen)
- Click Update Contact Info (at the lower left-hand side)
- Update new post code* then click Update button (at the lower right-hand side)

| For FedEx Ship Manager Software users: |
| |
- Launch FedEx Ship Manager Software.
- Edit sender address then save.
