Delivery Commitment Time Change for Philippines
Clearance procedures for all FedEx inbound shipments to the Philippines now take place at Manila and Cebu airports This has resulted in a change to the time that shipments are released from customs. We have therefore had to extend our delivery commitment time to 5pm.
