Operations Manager

Working Location: Manila

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated leader to head our Manila Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and controlling operational activities and resources on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for the company’s pickup, delivery and gateway clearance operations in Manila and its outlying markets. You will implement new plans and initiatives and provide leadership to your work group as they strive to exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for the high levels of service that our customers have come to expect by maintaining an efficient and cost-effective operation. You will support our global and local customers in this regional market and will lead efforts to resolve any customer issues related to the inbound and outbound movements of their shipments.

You will operate with integrity and professionalism when representing the company before regulatory agencies and customers at all times.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
  • Five (5) years business experience preferably in transportation service or air cargo industry with related experience in customs clearance.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of local customs regulatory requirements and processes including direct contact with government bodies and demonstrated experience in negotiating and resolving related issues.
  • Good numerical reasoning ability
  • Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written
  • With valid driver’s license

Operations Specialist

Working Location: Manila

In this role, you will fully support the operations and enhance the customer service level by:

  • Enhancing special shipping arrangement
  • Attending to escalate customers complaints
  • Compiling and analysing customer’s feedback and concerns
  • Identifying cause(s) of service failure/ disruptions and providing recommendation for corrective action.
Requirement:
  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any course.
  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of work experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customs Clearance Agents - Japanese Speakers

Working Location: Clark

Description:

In this role Customs Clearance Agent will be responsible for the following:

1. Customer profile matching
2. Data Entry for declaration preparation
3. Post clearance administrative transactions
4. Ensure that international shipments imported have correct information in the Commercial Invoice for customs clearance
5. To work with accuracy and hot target goals in productivity and quality set by the management

Requirement:

- Proficient in Japanese lanaguage (both written and oral)
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College Degree in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related filed
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Willing to work as Full-Time/Part-Time employee

Manifest Service Agent

Working Location: Clark

Description:
  • The key responsibility is to provide on-site support to vendor, provide assistance to manager in training and coordination within the manifesting operations under minimum supervision with the objective to maximize service level on manifest control.
  • In this role, you will support the vendor in their daily operations, execute with the vendor back-up or contingency plans to continue operational flow or address system failures. You will also support scheduling and manpower planning to meet shipment volume and service levels with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • You will also consolidate reports on vendor performance most especially in terms of quality and quantity, conduct periodic audits and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirement:
  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Two to three (2-3) years of related work experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Accurate typing skills, preferably 50-55 wpm.
  • Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written.
