Operations Manager

Working Location: Manila

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated leader to head our Manila Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and controlling operational activities and resources on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for the company’s pickup, delivery and gateway clearance operations in Manila and its outlying markets. You will implement new plans and initiatives and provide leadership to your work group as they strive to exceed customer expectations.

You will be responsible for the high levels of service that our customers have come to expect by maintaining an efficient and cost-effective operation. You will support our global and local customers in this regional market and will lead efforts to resolve any customer issues related to the inbound and outbound movements of their shipments.

You will operate with integrity and professionalism when representing the company before regulatory agencies and customers at all times.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
  • Five (5) years business experience preferably in transportation service or air cargo industry with related experience in customs clearance.
  • Management experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of local customs regulatory requirements and processes including direct contact with government bodies and demonstrated experience in negotiating and resolving related issues.
  • Good numerical reasoning ability
  • Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written
  • With valid driver’s license

Operations Specialist

In this role, you will fully support the operations and enhance the customer service level by:

  • Enhancing special shipping arrangement
  • Attending to escalate customers complaints
  • Compiling and analysing customer’s feedback and concerns
  • Identifying cause(s) of service failure/ disruptions and providing recommendation for corrective action.
Requirement:
  • Must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in any course.
  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of work experience
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Customs Support Representative

Working Location: Pasay

Description:

In this role, you will respond and notify FedEx’s customers on their duties and taxes and arrange their payment
You will coordinate directly with the customers to resolve any clearance-related issues over the phone or email to maximize customer satisfaction. You will also perform data entry for tracking and tracing issues, update customer profile and shipment information in the system, and obtain missing or correct documents from respective parties.

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
  • one year professional experience in Logistics industry or customs brokerage
  • Or two or more years Experienced Employee in any field
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • With basic computer skills
