FedEx Express services in the Philippines will be impacted from November 16 to 20, 2015 due to road and airport closures that are part of the security measures for the 2015 APEC Summit Economic Leaders’ Meeting.
Customers may experience the following shipment delays and service limitations:
- For all import shipments: 1 to 2 days delay for shipments with an original estimated delivery date from November 16-20.
- For all export shipments: 1 to 2 days delay on uplift of shipments picked up on November 16-20 (pick-up cut off time will remain the same).
- All imports and export shipments to/from the Philippines: Embargo on all dangerous goods (DG), temperature-sensitive, and 023 air waybills (IXF/ATA), from November 16-20, 2015 (both dates inclusive).
We regret any inconvenience you may experience and are committed to delivering your shipment to its destination as soon as possible.
