To order additional "The Purple Promise" printed booklets (English version only), submit an email request.

- Your shipping address
- Your FedEx Express non-revenue account number
Please allow a minimum of two to three weeks for the distribution of booklets.
Additional copies of "I've seen the Power of Purple" booklet are not available.
