Dimension Weight (Volumetric Weight) Formula in Rate Adjustments Letter
We regret to inform you of a typographical error in the ‘FedEx Express Rate Adjustments’ letter dated November 2009 that you recently received.
The divider in the dimensional weight (volumetric weight) calculation formula for all shipments is incorrectly labeled as ‘139 for inches’. The correct formula should be:
Length x Width x Height
5,000 for cm or 305 for inches
