| Description: | Under general supervision, to provide legal counsel and advice on international legal activities for the Company and its subsiddiaries and alliances, including sales, litigation, environmental regulations, regulatory and labor law compliance; to advise Regional Senior Management on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of projects, transactions and operations in the Region; to serve as legal counsel to Regional management with the objective of ensuring legal fitness and compliance with local laws and regulations. Reports to Managing Director, Legal. |
| Requirement: | 1) Basic legal degree in PRC and post graduate degree in a commonwealth, a common law justic is preferred. 2) PRC Bar qualification or other legal jurisdiction profession admission. 3) At least 3 years experience in a private law firm or prior experience as inhouse lawyer in an MNC is a plus. 4) Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese(both written and spoken). 5) Team player, strong commercial acumen and communication skills(written/verbal). 6) Excellent legal analystical & project management abilities. 7) Mature, confident, independent, proactive & with initiative. |
