Service Options
Drop Off
Shipments can be dropped at FedEx Service Centers or FedEx Drop Boxes. The FedEx locations are staffed by experienced customer service professionals, and the Drop Boxes are equipped with instructions and shipping materials.
Hold at FedEx Location
With this option, shipments are available for pickup earlier than the FedEx delivery commitment. If you won't be at home or the office, use Hold at Location to have a shipment routed to the FedEx Service Center or Location most convenient to you.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available at many locations at no extra charge. Contact FedEx Customer Service for further details.
Out of Delivery/Pick-up Area Surcharge
FedEx Express international shipments delivered to or picked up from remote and less-accessible locations are assessed an out-of-delivery-area or out-of-pickup-area surcharge. A list of postal codes and cities where these surcharges apply is available in PDF format.
Third Party Consignee
Allows a shipper to send a dutiable shipment directly to an end consignee without revealing the commercial value. For more information, please click here.
Special Rates
Special Rates apply to shipments equal to or greater than 21kg that are booked through the Hotline. Please call Customer Service for more details on this service.
Billing Options
Bill Shipper
Customers at origin can choose the "bill shipper" option and they will be billed with the related charges.
Bill Consignee
With prior consensus from the consignees, customers at origin can choose the "bill consignee" option to have the related charges invoiced to the consignee accounts at destination.
* It will not be offered to a suspended Federal Express account number.
Bill 3rd Party
With prior consensus from the customers (3rd parties) in the above location, shippers can choose the "bill 3rd party" option to arrange the related charges be billed to the 3rd party account.
* No 3rd party billing to Taiwan payor.
