Package Testing Procedures

If you have any concerns about the sturdiness or suitability of your current packaging, send your packaging to the FedEx^® Packaging Lab. We will test your current packaging, at no charge, and let you know what changes, if any, are necessary to better protect your shipments. Just follow these simple steps:

• Send us three sample packages, exactly as you would ship them, but over-package them to avoid any damage before testing.
• If a packaging sample fails, we'll suggest more appropriate packaging for that shipment.
• We'll send the blueprints of the new packaging design to you or your FedEx Account Executive so it can be reproduced.
