Maximum Value of e-Express Outbound Shipments
The Royal Thai Customs Dept. has announced a new regulation which states that the maximum allowed value of export shipments cleared using the e-Express process is 500,000 THB. The main objective of this regulation is to align customs regulations for express shipments with the international standard.
As a result, FedEx will no longer accept e-express outbound shipments with a declared carriage or customs value of greater than 500,000 per each air waybill. If your shipment exceeds this value limit, we suggest that you proceed with the normal clearance process.
