Gateway Hotline Standardization
As part of our efforts to make it easy to contact us, we are consolidating our help-line numbers under one Customer Service Hotline.
The FedEx Customer Service Hotline number is 1782.
This means that the current Gateway Hotline number (02-131 9000) is no longer operational from 1st March 2012.
For enquiries regarding specific inbound shipments, we recommend that you contact your FedEx customs clearance representative as stated on the fax or email sent to you.
For all other general enquiries, our Customer Service team at 1782 will be pleased to assist you.
