Schedule a pick-up service online!
At FedEx we are always looking for ways to provide you with the highest level of customer service.
We are therefore pleased to inform you that from January 1, 2012, you can go online to submit a request for a pick-up.
Simply use our new online form at fedex.com/th or fedex.com/th_thai. Once you have submitted the form, our Customer Service representative will contact you if any additional information is required.
