With the use, of Short Message Service (SMS) and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) service provided by SMART, FedEx shippers can conveniently track their packages by simply typing in FDX and the air waybill number of their shipment and send it to 211 or 288.
In a matter of seconds, the shipper will receive the requested tracking information in his or her cellular phone. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
This "Simply Amazing" express service will provide shippers with peace of mind because real-time shipment tracking is made more convenient and more accessible to all shippers.
