Business Services Center Agent (Ref: 0951-084)

Working Location: Laksi

Description:
  1. CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

    Act as customer interface; open and update customer traces and control Q-lists for traces; provide over-the-counter sales service to customers, advise customers on features of service and associated documentation; refer and follow up on customer issues and questions, receive packages from customers, handle exception requests and cash shipments; handle packages on-hold at Business Service Center and other special arrangements, arrange customer pick-up at the center; liaise with customer services and customers on package status; keep customers informed about FedEx products and services; attempt to gain new businesses and pass leads to Sales when appropriate in order to ensure high-level of customer satisfaction, maximize revenues and meet delivery commitments.
  2. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

    Maintain supply and inventory of shipping packaging; audit AWB and other package documentation and labeling as required; input and extract data from various FedEx systems to generate operations reports; forward shipment paperwork for manifesting; maintain all records and files; provide administrative support in order to achieve highest service standards.
  3. QUALITY MANAGEMENT

    Complete and submit all operational paperwork on time; audit shipping documentation; inspect package to ensure they conform to FedEx features of service; identify and report existing or potential package system problems and inconsistencies; handle exception packages if required in order to enhance service quality and to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  4. SAFETY AND SECURITY MANAGEMENT

    Determine acceptance of packages, advise customers on legality and special requirements / arrangements for dangerous goods shipments; ensure security of FedEx property; adhere to all safety policies and follow all safe working procedures; practice safe lifting techniques; utilize all personal protective equipment as provided and instructed by the Company; support safety initiatives by local authorities in order to ensure a safe working environment and to enhance the service levels of the assigned area base.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in customer contact environment.
  • General office skills including typing and filing
  • Possessed service-minded
  • Communicable in English (TOEIC > 500)

Courier II / Courier (Ref: 001-082)

Working Location: Rama 4 Rd, Laksi, Bangna, Lamchabang

Description: To provide an efficient pick-up and delivery service, support to customers on any issues regarding features of services, while complying with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures and processes with the objective of meeting service commitments and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
  • Vocational Diploma is essential, Bachelor Degree is preferable
  • Valid driver's license
  • Forklift ticket/license preferred
  • Two (2) years of courier experience
  • Meet all country regulations
  • Excellent driving record - no preventive accident in past 12 months (country requirement may apply)
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs. and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
  • Fluency in local language and basic knowledge of English, verbal and written, if first language of the country is not English (standardized test qualifications may be required at country level)

Customs Agent II / Customs Agent

Working Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport

Description: To prepare documentation for clearance of all inbound shipments requiring formal entries and outbound shipments in accordance with Customs and Quarantine regulations; to liaise directly with customers to resolve clearance and delivery issues with the objective to efficiently expedite customs clearance and maximize customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Relevant Customs Clearance certificates if required by local regulations
  • Two (2) years work experience
  • Meet all country regulations
  • Good computer skills as applicable to the position.
  • Fluency in local language and English, reading and written

Customs Support Representative

Description: To act as customer interface in advising on customs delay affecting delivery commitment and duties and taxes to be paid on delivery and assisting with the resolution of all clearance and delivery issues with the objective of maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing deliver delays.

  • One (1) year of general clerical experience and, one (1) year of customer contact experience
