Email Tracking


You can track the status of your shipments using the convenience of email. Just send an email to track@fedex.com from anywhere in the world to receive detailed tracking information on up to 25 Air Waybills with one request. Within minutes the tracking results are received and can be forwarded to as many parties as necessary.

Example:
To: track@fedex.com
Subject: <optional>
Air Waybill 40023478956
Air Waybill 40013245768

Remember, you can track up to 25 Air Waybills in one email, but each package tracking number must appear on a separate line, in the above format.

Type 'help' in the body of the email message for email tracking help.

Type 'end' to stop all processing tasks (if your email software adds a signature).


Requirements
All you require is access to email. You do not need a FedEx account number to use Email Tracking.
