Changes to Harmonized System
This is to inform you that effective September 1, 2006, the Harmonized System has undergone changes as recommended by the World Customs Organization (WCO).
In order to avoid delay in customs clearance, please take note of these changes. The revision may involve product classifications within the same tariff heading, or may result in an entirely new heading.
