Service Enhancement for Southern Taiwan
We are delighted to share the latest news about improvements to our services in southern Taiwan.
With effect from May 2, 2011, the cut-off time for outbound FedEx International Priority (IP) and FedEx International Economy (IE) shipments from selected cities/districts in southern Taiwan will be extended.
As a result, you will be able to enjoy more time for preparation of your shipments. The affected areas and adjusted cut-off time are summarized as follows:

*Cut-off times for shipments bound for US (West Coast) / Western Japan/ Central and Northern China on Fridays are the same as the cut-off time for shipments bound for US (East Coast). Cut-off times on Saturdays remain the same. For more information on cut-off times, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Customers in Sin Yin and Ma Dou will also benefit from improved service – these areas are now directly served by the FedEx team and as a result, outbound packages will be able to depart Taiwan on a same-day flight.
These changes are designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience for our customers and demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement of FedEx services.
