Customers to enjoy more convenient services starting from August 1
TAIPEI, August 10, 2004 – FedEx Express (FedEx), the world’s largest express transportation company, today jointly launched the “Web Declaration Inquiry System” service with TRADE-VAN Information Services Co. Effective from August 1, customers can retrieve declaration documents within one year simply by calling FedEx Express or by inquiring information on-line.
FedEx Express will retain the general and express declaration of customers for one year. This new service enables customers to inquire, print, download documents and assist Customs and Tax Bureaus to check and verify documents in post delivery period.
The Web Declaration Inquiry System will tremendously shorten the inquiry time for declaration documents from two days to twenty seconds.
