Who should use it?
The automatic debit from your bank account is designed for small businesses with a current FedEx account number.
How does it work?
You receive debit advices listing your shipment information. Your bank account will be debited for the invoices due on your account. Every time a debit is incurred you will receive a confirmation letter that includes the following details:
- Debit date and total debit amount
- Each invoice number, date, and amount
- Any adjustments

How do I get it?
Please download and complete the Authorization Agreement. Mail the completed agreement with a voided check or an original deposit slip to:
