The FedEx Tech Awards Program offers qualified customers a subsidy to acquire the hardware or technology needed to access and use FedEx shipping services.

Customer Requirements*

• Must meet eligibility requirements (see your FedEx Account Executive for details)
• Must sign a 12-month shipping agreement
• Agreement is payor based.

Redemption Requirements*

• Have a valid FedEx authorization/contract number
• Integration customers must consult with a FedEx Account Executive to select appropriate solution
• Redeem awards only with participating vendors
• One-time redemption with one vendor

Hardware Redemption Process

Tech Awards is a one-time redemption with one vendor. Please review the product offering of your selected vendor before placing your order.

1. Click on the vendor's Web site address to view product offering and prices.
2. Select a vendor that offers the products you need.
3. Call the selected vendor and identify yourself as a FedEx Tech Awards customer.
4. Provide the vendor with your FedEx account number and authorization/contract number, and then place your order. The vendor will handle validation of eligibility.

Integration Redemption Process

FedEx Proprietary Integration tools: FSM API and FSM Server

The FedEx Certified Solutions Program is designed to assist customers who require a multi-carrier shipping solution. For integration Tech Awards, consult your FedEx Account Executive before redeeming.

1. Go to www.fedex.com/us/certifiedsolutions/index.html to learn more about the program and to request the Certified Solutions provider(s) to call you. Average response time is five business days.
2. Determine which Certified Solutions provider best meets your needs and gather pricing details and contract information.

Delivery

For hardware, allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. All products will be shipped FedEx Express or FedEx Ground and require a signature proof of delivery. Please direct all shipping inquiries to the vendor. Integration timelines may vary by participating vendors and customer.

Warranty

Each hardware vendor offers a one- to three-year warranty on hardware products and technical support as needed. FedEx provides no warranty on hardware, and technical support for FedEx automation software only. Integration vendor warranties vary by vendor.
