What are the benefits of using the Shipping Toolkit?
The Shipping Toolkit is all about choice and convenience for expedited freight shipping. The Shipping Toolkit provides another way to do business with us, for customers who prefer mouse clicks to telephone calls. And the Shipping Toolkit provides 24/7 access to account information, making it a convenient resource any time of day or night.
How do I register for the Shipping Toolkit?
Simply complete the online registration form. You'll choose a User ID and get that and a password sent to you via e-mail, so you can begin using all of the Shipping Toolkit features immediately. You may need to wait a day or two for your account to be associated with your pre-existing account or any special pricing your organization may have.
Can I schedule my freight shipments online?
Yes, you can schedule Surface Expedite Exclusive Use and White Glove Services® shipments online. You'll then receive email confirmation when your freight shipment is picked up — and when it delivers.
I forgot my password. How do I recover my lost password?
You are able to have your password sent to you via e-mail by using the Send Password form. Simply enter in the e-mail address you used when you registered and we'll automatically send you the login information associated with your e-mail address.

If your e-mail address has changed since registering, please contact FedEx Custom Critical customer service at 877.202.2514. Ask the representative to update your e-mail address then you may fill out the password request form with the new e-mail address.
I tried tracking my shipment and it could not be found. What am I doing wrong?
FedEx Custom Critical shipments can be tracked online in two ways; Track by PRO number and Detailed Track.

Tracking by PRO number can be done on any Fedex.com home page with the tracking box. This will allow you to see the basic information about a shipment and where it is while in progress. Some shipments, however, cannot be tracked this way and require a login to the Shipping Toolkit.

Detailed Track is the secure tracking method on the Shipping Toolkit that allows you to view more details about the shipment including contact names, locations and charges if you are paying the bill. This is the best method for all customers to track their shipments because you may also track by date range in the event you do not have the tracking number.
