Can I get information regarding closed invoices?
  Invoice information is available for 90 days after the scheduled payment date.

We will only request a transfer of funds when you tell us to do so by scheduling and submitting payment for specific invoices and/or airbills through FedEx Billing Online.
My bills are automatically paid with my credit card. Can I still use FedEx Billing Online?
Not at this time. The current version of FedEx Billing Online does not support credit card accounts.

Why is FedEx Billing Online for me?
FedEx Billing Online enables you to quickly and effectively manage your FedEx accounts without unnecessary paperwork. It helps you save time because you can avoid shuffling papers, searching for stray invoices and licking envelopes.
We are a small company, so isn't it easier to handle our account(s) the old-fashioned way?
FedEx Billing Online is designed for all of our customers. Whether you have a single account and just a few packages or multiple accounts with daily activity, this system can simplify your account management process.
How long does the registration process take?
Our step-by-step registration takes only minutes to complete.
Can I use the system immediately?
For your added security, we designed the system so that registration and activation are separate. When you complete the registration process, FedEx will verify your information and send you a password via FedEx within 72 hours.
Do I have to know my way around computers or the Internet?
No, FedEx Billing Online is designed to be convenient. It is extremely easy to use and provides immediate access to all of your account activity.

General Questions

Are invoices and airbills sortable?
Yes. You may sort invoices and airbills by multiple search criteria.
What if I disagree with the billing information on an airbill or an invoice?
You can easily dispute charges with FedEx Billing Online. Each invoice and/or individual airbill has a "dispute" option and lets you describe the reason for dispute.
Does FedEx Billing Online indicate which open invoices or airbills are past due or in dispute?
Yes. The "status" column lists the status of each invoice or airbill.
Can I get information regarding closed invoices?
Invoice information is available for 90 days after the scheduled payment date.
Can I access closed invoices or airbills?
Yes. The Report function enables you to search for specific airbills, invoices or receipts - whether they are open, closed, in dispute or past due.
Does FedEx Customer Support have access to all of my FedEx Billing Online service information?
Almost. If you want to discuss anything with our Customer Support Representatives, they will have access to all of your account information except for your password.

Billing Questions

We have multiple accounts. Is it possible to simplify the process with FedEx Billing Online?
Yes. You can easily track and manage multiple accounts. FedEx Billing Online gives you access to everything regarding your accounts, from an individual airbill to complete account summaries and payment history. When you have multiple accounts, they will be tied into a master account. To streamline, activity from all connected accounts will appear on the invoice for the master account.
I need hard copies of our billing, shipping and payment information for our records. Will this system still provide this?
Yes. You can download copies of invoices and also customize detailed reports for your records based on whatever information you choose. However, you will no longer receive printed invoices through the postal system.
What type of billing information will be available using FedEx Billing Online?
All of it! FedEx Billing Online provides several levels of detail. Account Summary: View a summary list of open invoices. Invoice Detail: View a summary list of the airbills billed on a particular invoice. Airbill Detail: View details and charges regarding a specific shipment. Reports/Search: Locate individual invoices, airbills (open and closed), and payment receipts, or a list of specified items.
Can I export invoice and airbill details for my internal billing purposes?
Yes. You can do a simple search for the invoices, airbills or receipts you want. The resulting report can be downloaded as a text file that you can import into most software programs, such as Microsoft Excel.

Making Changes Questions

How do I change my user and/or account information?
As the account administrator, you would simply go to the Administration page. There you can update your FedEx Billing Online profile, including user information, passwords, number of accounts and your Debit Authorization Information.
Can I add to or change the number of users on my account?
Yes. As the account administrator, you can add or delete authorized users at any time. You can also specify what kind of access a user can have.
What if FedEx Billing Online just isn't working for me. Will I be able to cancel?
Absolutely. The account administrator can cancel the service at any time, and go back to receiving paper invoices.
What if FedEx Billing Online isn't the answer but I still want to receive invoices electronically?
You may want to consider two other electronic invoicing options we offer: Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and FedEx DirectLink.

Payments Questions

How do I make payments through FedEx Billing Online?
To make account payments more convenient, FedEx Billing Online uses a highly secure Electronic Funds Transfer system that you will set up and authorize during registration (with a Debit Authorization Agreement). This system makes payments quick and easy, and eliminates unnecessary paperwork.
Can FedEx make an Electronic Funds Transfer at any time?
We will only request a transfer of funds when you tell us to do so by scheduling and submitting payment for specific invoices and/or airbills through FedEx Billing Online.
Can I select specific invoices or airbills for payment, or do I have to pay them all at once?
You can select individual airbills or invoices to pay. You can pay any or all charges on the spot, or schedule a payment for up to 15 days later.
Will I get a payment receipt for my records?
Yes. Every time you schedule a payment, you will receive a printable receipt.
Can I pay with a check or credit card?
Currently FedEx Billing Online only supports payments through a highly secure Electronic Funds Transfer system. However, check and credit card payment options are planned as a future enhancement.
My bills are automatically paid with my credit card. Can I still use FedEx Billing Online?
Not at this time. The current version of FedEx Billing Online does not support credit card accounts.

Security Questions

How do I know my account is secure?
In addition to password protection and the ability to assign levels of access to specific users, the account activity and transfers are protected by a state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption system.
Can I tell who has accessed my company's invoices and airbills?
Yes. The Invoice Detail area will indicate when an invoice was last accessed, and display the name of the person who accessed it.
