Can I get a copy of my FedEx Express airbill?
Please contact our Revenue Services department at 1.800.622.1147 to request a copy of the airbill.
How can I get a receipt for a FedEx Express shipment, if I paid by credit card?
FedEx does not provide an invoice for shipments billed to a credit card. The airbill copy and credit card statement should serve as a receipt.
How do I dispute a duty and tax charge?

To make it easy, we developed a Clearance Charges Dispute Notification form (PDF) that you can download. If you also need a rebill notification form, call to request one at 1.800.622.1147, option 5, then 1 (or call 901.922.7560).

After downloading the form, you can either fax or mail your completed document to:

How do I file a loss/damage claim for a FedEx shipment that arrived, but was damaged?
If concealed loss or damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 15 calendar days of the date of delivery by either calling 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339) or by submitting a claim in writing. You must retain the shipping cartons, packing, and content in the same condition they were in when the concealed loss or damage was discovered. FedEx reserves the right to inspect the original shipping cartons, packing and content.
