Become a registered user of our online Shipping Toolkit, and you'll have 24/7 access to account information and shipping documents such as bills of lading and invoices once they have been generated. Charges shown on the screen while tracking may change once the shipment has completed.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, you can pay by Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® by calling the FedEx Custom Critical Accounts Receivable team at 1.800.334.1751.

Why can't I see my shipment's invoice?

The invoice should be available the day after the shipment has delivered — and if your company is paying the bill. For immediate billing questions, call the Accounts Receivable team at 1.800.334.1751.
