I forgot my password. How do I recover my lost password?

You are able to have your password reset by using the Reset Password form. Simply enter in the email address you used when you registered and we'll automatically send you the login information associated with your email address.

If your email address has changed since registering, please contact FedEx Custom Critical customer service at 1.877.202.2514. Ask the representative to update your email address then you may fill out the password request form with the new email address.
