How can I update my résumé?

Update your résumé by selecting "Apply for all positions" and clicking "Create/Update Résumé." By entering your e-mail address and password, you can update your résumé at any time.

What if I forget my password to access my résumé?

If you forget your password, enter your e-mail address where indicated, and click on the "I Forgot My Password" link on the sign-in page. The system will automatically e-mail you a new password that you can use to login to the FedEx Office careers database.

After I submit my résumé online, will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your application and résumé have been processed in the careers database. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, your résumé was not successfully submitted. You will need to log back into the system and complete the process again. If you continue to experience technical difficulties, please contact us using one of the methods listed in the next item.

How do I search for jobs?

After selecting "Apply for all positions." You can search by job category, location or keyword. If you are interested in a specific type of job, search a category, leaving all other fields blank. Scroll down the entire page to view all available positions.

Will I be notified of new positions that become available?

FedEx Office does not notify applicants as new positions become available. However, our online list of job postings is updated frequently. Please check back often to learn about new openings.

Can I mail a copy of my résumé?

We do not accept résumés submitted by mail. Please use our online application process to submit your résumé. Once your information is in our database, our recruiters will match your skills and abilities with open positions.

How long after submitting my résumé can I expect to hear from FedEx Office?

Your résumé is promptly entered into our résumé database and made available to recruiters who specialize in the areas matching your skills, strengths and areas of interest. A recruiter may contact you if an open position matches your skills and background. Your résumé will remain active in our database for up to one year and will be considered for future positions.

How long will my profile remain in the database? How often should I update it?

Currently, we keep résumés on file for up to one year. If the information on your résumé changes during this time, please update your profile in our system.

How can I find out about the status of my online application?

If you have received an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your online application, then your résumé has been routed to one of our recruiters. A recruiter will contact you should your background and experience be a match for the position or any others we feel you may be qualified.

Is my information secure?

FedEx Office uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to keep the information you submit to us secure. SSL is the mechanism used to authenticate and secure transmissions between your Web browser and our Web server. The information you provide to FedEx Office will not be shared outside the hiring process.

If I don't see any jobs that match my qualifications/interests, can I still submit my résumé?

Yes, by selecting "Apply for all positions" and clicking on "Create/Update Résumé." Your application and résumé will be entered into our database. However, we encourage you to check back frequently to identify positions of interest and apply to those directly.
