tracking requests. The reply for the first package (master package) in a
shipment includes the MasterTrackingID element. This element the
MasterTrackingNumber. FormID is included only for C.O.D. shipments. For each
subsequent ship request for an MPS, the MasterTrackingID element is required.

maximum number of packages in one rate request is 200.
