When you open a FedEx International MailService® account with FedEx, your Account Executive will determine with you your pickup needs.
When your shipment is ready to go you can schedule a pickup in any of the following ways:
- Use your regularly scheduled FedEx pickup if you have one.
- If you don't have regularly scheduled pickups and would like to schedule them, talk to your FedEx International Mail Account Executive or call 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
- Go online to schedule a pickup.
- Contact FedEx to schedule a courier pickup at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).
