Combination of Rates
  1. Except as otherwise provided, shipments moving between Mexico on the one hand and the United States or Canada on the other hand, will be subject to combination of rates and charges to and from the United States/Mexico border. Rates and charges to and from the United States/Mexico border will be the otherwise applicable pricing for each portion of the combination. Rates for the Mexico portion of the shipments moving between points in the US and/or points in Canada on the one hand and points in Mexico on the other are FXFM Door to Door as contained in the FXF 1000 series base rates.
