Carrier will attempt to make all scheduled pickups in a timely manner. However, if a pickup request has been called in and is cancelled after the driver has been dispatched to make the pickup, or if on arrival at pickup point the pickup is cancelled, the following charges will apply:
LTL shipments will be subject to a charge of $294.00 MXN per shipment.
TL shipments will be subject to a charge of $1,468.00 MXN per shipment.
The responsible debtor for the above charges will be the party that made the pickup request.
