- With prior agreement with Carrier, Carrier will provide driver and equipment at the following hourly rates, if drivers and equipment are available:
- Straight truck charges will be $79.30 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $236.00.
- Tractor/trailer charges will be $92.00 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $462.00.
- Tractor only charges will be $87.00 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $430.00
- When above service is requested on non-business days, holidays or during non-business hours the charges will be:
- Straight truck charges will be $103.00 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $412.00.
- Tractor/trailer charges will be $120.20 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $480.00.
- Tractor only charges will be $112.30 per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $450.00
- Time will start when driver is dispatched from the service center and ends when driver returns to service center.
- Travel time of 1 hour will be added to actual time.
