Service provided during non-business time or non-business days

NBHC, NBHP, SATC, SATP, SATD, SATW, SAWC, SAWP
  1. When Carrier is requested to perform services, such as, but not limited to, pick up or delivery service, during non- business hours and Carrier agrees to perform the services the following charges and provisions will apply:
    1. Shipments within the Service Center Metro area:
      1. $131.00 per person per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $476.00 per person will be applied when any vehicle with trailer of less than 29’ in length or a straight truck of less than 24’ in length is used.
      2. $153.00 per person per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $668.00 per person will be applied when a vehicle of greater length than above or if shipment exceeds 12 skid spaces.
    2. Shipments originating outside of the Service Center Metro area and/or deliveries required outside of the Service Center Metro area:
      1. $131.00 per person per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $476.00 per person will be applied when any vehicle with a trailer of less than 29’ in length or a straight truck of less than 24’ in length is used, plus an additional charge of $2.07 per Kilometer based on one way mileage.
      2. $153.00 per person per hour or fraction thereof subject to a minimum charge of $668.00 per person will be applied when a vehicle of greater length than above or if shipment exceeds 12 skids spaces plus an additional charge of $2.07 per Kilometer based on one way mileage.
    3. Time will start when driver is dispatched from the service center and end when driver returns to service center
    4. Business hours are defined as the time period from 7:00AM to 6:00PM.
    5. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except those days that are considered Statutory Holidays.
