Within the Meter Settings tab of the FedEx Ship Manager Server configuration utility, make sure the Hazmat selection under the Ground Options area is checked. If it isn't, call 1.877.339.2774 and say “FedEx Ship Manager Server” at the prompt.


Reports settings: dangerous goods

Within the Reports Settings tab of the FedEx Ship Manager Server configuration utility, you can expand the DG selection to view and configure the FedEx Ground Hazardous Materials OP900 forms and printer. Select Ground OP900LG if you use a dot matrix printer.


To select the OP-900LL form for laser printers, first select Ground OP900. Then from the subsequent drop-down list, choose Laser.

Within the Report Settings tab of the FedEx Ship Manager Server configuration utility, you can expand the Ground selection to view, configure and print the FedEx Ground Hazardous Materials Certification form OP-950, which must be provided to the driver upon pickup.
